Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clips, screws, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned electronics for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
